An overall score is comparable, but it is rarely diagnostic. Add only dimensions that lead to a different action: accuracy, clarity, usefulness, quality, delivery, or support. Keep their scales consistent and their labels concrete. The overall score answers how the experience felt; the dimensions explain where improvement should begin.
